Climative is proud to be a Gold Plus Sponsor of the 6th Annual Retrofit Canada Conference, taking place June 24–25, 2026, in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
As Canada’s retrofit sector continues to grow, Retrofit Canada brings together leaders across policy, finance, technology, utilities, municipalities, and implementation. For Climative, it is an important opportunity to connect with the people and organizations working to make home retrofits more accessible, scalable, and actionable.
Home retrofits play a critical role in improving energy efficiency, lowering household costs, increasing comfort and strengthening climate resilience. But for many homeowners, knowing where to start can still be a major barrier.
That is why Climative is focused on helping homeowners move from awareness to action.
At Retrofit Canada 2026, we will be sharing how property-level data, digital tools and cross-sector partnerships can help simplify the retrofit journey. By making home energy insights easier to understand, we can support better decisions for homeowners, program providers, municipalities and financial institutions.
Climative will be attending alongside Scotiabank, following the launch of the Home Energy and Advice Tool.
Powered by Climative and supported by Scotiabank, the Tool helps homeowners explore their home’s energy performance, climate risk and potential retrofit opportunities. At the conference, Climative and Scotiabank will discuss early results from the tool’s deployment and share how personalized, property-level insights can help make retrofit decisions more practical and actionable.

On Wednesday, June 24 at 3:10PM, Climative CEO Winston Morton will join Rebecca Nelson from Scotiabank, Erin Burbidge from Clean Foundation, Shannon Fernandes from Halifax Regional Municipality, and Martha Casey from EfficiencyOne for the panel “Future-Proofing Our Communities: How Finance, Policy, and Tech Are Aligning.”
The discussion will explore how collaboration across sectors can accelerate residential retrofits and help homeowners take meaningful next steps.
On Wednesday, June 24 at 11:00AM, Rebecca Nelson of Scotiabank is hosting a roundtable with support from Climative, “Keeping Retrofit Momentum Through Multi-Sector Partnerships”. Residential retrofit programs can gain strong traction, then slow down when funding, policy priorities, or homeowner participation shifts. Participants will discuss practical ways to sustain engagement, use data to target the right homes, connect homeowners with financing and incentives, and create a more consistent retrofit experience.
The Climative team will be on-site throughout the conference. Visit us at Booth #40 to meet the team, learn more about the Home Energy and Advice Tool, and explore how Climative supports scalable home retrofit programs.
