Personal information: Personal Information means information about an identifiable individual, or information that when combined with other, readily available information, may be used to identify an individual. Personal information is defined and governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada) and substantially similar laws in Alberta, B.C. and Quebec. Personal information, in the context of Climative’s website, services and applications includes, but is not limited to, login and passwords (when social logins are not used), information used to authenticate home ownership with local authorities, buying intentions, refined retrofit scenarios, priorities & preferences, energy use/utility use data, and information collected by our scenario generator.
