Fredericton, New Brunswick, January 15, 2023. SimpTek Technologies Inc, a clean tech company transforming the decarbonization of the built environment, is rebranding to Climative, with Winston Morton as the newly appointed CEO. Former CEO and Co-founder Asif Hasan will remain as Board Chair.
